PR LAUNCH PHOTOGRAPHY
Provision
Our client will be provided with a full day photography service extensively covering your PR Launch Event by providing you with images that are candid and staged. We will also take location portrait images showing a different twist to your PR Launch. Also, we are very capable of operating in a low light setting ensuring you will be provided with stunning images of your conference. In respect of the launch, we attempt to provided you with an end product that is repsectful of the occassion.Advise to companies using this service for the first time:
We are able to explain the advantages using our services for your PR Launch because of our extensive involvement in this area of services. How to assist your photographer.The cost will be:
Full Day of photography (8 Hours) is £280
Half Day of photography (4 Hours) is £180
Evening Events (Starting between 6pm - 12am) is £60 per hour - Excluding printing
Evening Events (Starting between 12am - 8am) is £100 per hour - Excluding printingTravel Cost and Retainer
Travel costs are not included in the price and would have to be considered in relation to the distance traveled at a minimum charge for the UK at 40p per a mile. Overseas travel rate will have to be calculated.A retainer of £150 is required before a photographer can be allocated for your event.
